Heather's Update

An Update from Heather:
Not doing as great as I had hoped! But slowly progress is being made...I'm down 5 lbs. Although I was doing really good about exercising daily in January, it slowed down in February and now I only really get my aerobics in a couple of times a week. I was also doing really well about riding my bike more...both for running errands and for pleasure riding...until the pedal broke a couple of weeks ago and hopefully that will be getting fixed this week. My eating habits are doing better.I think I need motivation with my exercise and tips for eating out would also be helpful.

Great job on the weight loss so far...keep it up. Remember to keep exercise in your schedule - try to do a little bit each day. You can do it!

Mamalang's Update

Mamalang's Update:
Uhm well, it's been two months, and I suck. I haven't done nearly what I wanted to. I was derailed by a lot of life changes all at once (had a tooth pulled, my husband being sent to GA for 5 months, dealing with a very sick family member). But now, I'm back on track. I'm hoping by the end of this month to have lost at least 10 pounds. And I will have to continue working towards my goals, but view them as starting March 1st instead of Jan 1st.

You can do it! Great job so far - and glad you are back on track. Keep it up!

Heather's* Update

Here is an update from Heather*
I have lost 9 pounds so far. I lost the first five almost immediately, and hit a plateau for awhile. I slowly have been losing 1 pound about every other week…it all depends what time of the day I weigh myself. I signed up for a 1/2 marathon for August and am really excited about running it. I have been running 4 miles on my lunch break at work, because I found I was not motivated at ALL to workout at the end of the workday.

Goals? 3 months is coming up....




The 3 month mark is just around the corner. This is the last month to complete those 3 month goals. At the end of March please email me your updates - Did you make your goals? Do you need any help? 3 weeks left - you can do it!!!
Rock Climbing has always peeked my interest. This last week my husband and I went to a Sandals Resort in Jamaica and to my excitement they had a climbing wall. I was so excited to try it out. It was a great accomplishment to make it to the top.

10K Run - Anyone?
